Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Lowcountry Sky is an impressionistic and dramatic skyscape painted with professional quality Windsor & Newton oils on 8 X 10 inch canvas mounted on tag board. It will be coated with GamVar varnish for protective shine once the thick layers of oil paint are completely dry.
